PAC LAW
PHILLIP A. CASE, ESQ.
I was born and raised in coastal southern California attending High School at Corona del Mar and College at Chapman University earning a degree in Biology. After years of working as an executive in Construction Development I began attending night classes at Western State University, Irvine, in order to get my Doctorate degree in Jurisprudence, with honors. I found this campus to be very competitive and invigorating as many of the students were likewise working professionals, e.g, Medical Doctors, Paralegals, Emergency Medical Technicians, Scientists... et cetera. I passed the bar exam on my first attempt in December, 1995. Thereafter, I practiced construction litigation for a few years until I began practicing family law for a prominent firm in Orange County. After several years I opened my own practice and inasmuch as many of my clients were in need of Estate Planning and Personal Injury counsel, I took on these legal matters as well. I am proud to say that I prepared, argued and overturned an appellate case that changed legal precedence with respect to imputation of income related to Child Support. Finally, to state just one goal I keep in mind related to my legal practice it is that I strive to provide high quality legal service and counsel at a reasonable price. I hope to provide you with the same and hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Phillip A. Case, Esq. (MEMBER OF THE ABA- AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION)
